Emmett has worked hard to shed his drug dealer past, build a normal life — and learn to live blind. But today his worlds collide when he gets a surprise visit from someone he hasn’t seen since he lost his sight — his ex-partner-in-crime, Darcy, who wants Emmett to get back into dealing drugs. But when Emmett refuses, a fight to the death breaks out. Darcy’s death. Even though it was self-defense it won’t look that way. Because the same man who took Emmett’s sight is now dead in his living room. The police, his fiancée, even his ex-girlfriend, are only going to see one thing — revenge fulfilled. Emmett must clean up the blood, get rid of the murder weapon, and dispose of the body. But the only way Emmett can protect his future is to stop hiding from his past — and make his weakness his strength.
